Please read Bali Bagus’ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before accessing the Villa Reservation Management System and getting many "cutting cost" offers such as Special Offer and Special Packages.
SPECIAL RATES
 
* All hotel rates are our special discount rate for booking made though our websites only NOT direct to the hotel.
* Rates features are including 21% tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars.
* Room rates are quoted per room per night.
* Extra bed rate is per bed per person.
   
CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
 
* Normal Season
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- Early check out will be charged full night room value.

* July, August, September
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- Early check out will be charged full night room value.

* 20 December - 10 January and Chinese New Year
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date.
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Full night room reserved will be charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
- No refund for early check out
   
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
 
* All reservation shall be guaranteed by valid credit; VISA, MASTER or AMEX.
* The credit card will be charge once the booking has been confirmed.
* Hotel voucher will be issued after payment and will be faxed directly to the respective hotel.
   
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
 
* All US Dollars charges will be converted into local currency that is IDR or Indonesia Rupiah.
* The exchange rate from USD to IDR will be based on the latest buying USD rates to IDR.
   
REFUND PROCEDURES
 
* All refund will be charged 3% additional fees and will be credited to your credit card.
* Takes up to 7 working days to have your refund credited on your credit card
